Terms
Updated 11 October 2026 · Version 2026-10-11
These terms cover playing on EUBedWars, website accounts and store purchases. EUBedWars operates from Lithuania. Contact EUBedWars at [email protected]. EUBedWars is not an official Minecraft product and is not approved by or associated with Mojang or Microsoft.
Playing and accounts
You need a compatible Minecraft: Java Edition client. Mojang's and Microsoft's terms apply to their products. Cheating, exploiting bugs, harassment and unauthorised advertising are prohibited. Staff and configured automated protection can restrict, mute, kick or ban accounts. A restriction can prevent use of paid features while it applies. You can challenge a ban or mute through appeals; if a blacklist or account problem blocks that route, request human review by email. A blacklist does not remove privacy or mandatory consumer rights.
Each Minecraft account can have one website account, linked in game. Keep your credentials private and contact us if your account is compromised. You can delete your website account. Deleting it does not automatically cancel a paid subscription; cancel the subscription separately. Details of data handling are in the privacy policy.
The store
Ranks, cosmetics and tags provide features within EUBedWars. They require access to the server and a compatible Minecraft client and have no use outside it. They cannot be transferred between players, resold, traded or exchanged for money. The product page and checkout describe the features, recipient, total price and any recurring charge before payment. Prices are charged in euros; other displayed currencies are estimates.
Stripe processes payments. We do not receive full card details. Delivery normally begins within a minute of successful payment; if it does not arrive, contact us with the order number. The order page provides the saved checkout agreement, and our email integration sends a confirmation when delivery is configured. Contact us if you have not received it. A purchase remains subject to the terms saved when checkout was accepted, even if this page changes later.
VIP, MVP and Titan are permanent ranks; an upgrade is priced using the rank already held. Permanent means for the period that EUBedWars provides the service, subject to your mandatory consumer rights. It is not a promise that the server will operate forever. Olympus requires Titan, which is included in checkout if missing. A recurring Olympus subscription renews monthly at the displayed price until cancelled. A fixed-duration Olympus pass does not renew. Cancel through the available subscription portal or by emailing support; cancellation stops further renewals, and access lasts until the paid period ends. Statutory withdrawal or a remedy for a defective service is separate from cancellation of future renewals.
Gifts require a signed-in buyer. The recipient is shown before payment; an optional gift announcement is public. If you are under 14, a parent or guardian must make the purchase for you. If you are 14–17, obtain a parent or guardian's permission before purchasing. This store rule does not claim that Lithuania's GDPR consent age determines contractual capacity.
Immediate delivery and your 14-day right to withdraw
You may withdraw from a new store purchase within 14 days of concluding the contract, without giving a reason. We request your express permission to start delivery immediately, but the checkout checkbox does not waive this 14-day right. We apply this cancellation window to our store purchases without treating rank access as a downloaded file. Cancelling a monthly renewal is also possible as described above; an ordinary automatic renewal does not create a new initial withdrawal period where the law does not require one.
To withdraw, email [email protected] with a clear statement that you wish to withdraw and your order number. You may use: “I withdraw from order [number], purchased on [date], for [Minecraft player]. My name and contact address are [details].” This example is optional; any clear notice is sufficient. Send it before the 14-day period ends. We refund the applicable payment through the original payment method, without a refund fee, within 14 days after receiving your notice, unless a different arrangement is lawfully agreed. Access granted by the refunded order is removed. Requesting or receiving a lawful refund does not itself result in a blacklist.
Faulty services, refunds and disputes
If a purchase is not delivered or does not match what was promised, contact us. Your statutory rights to have digital content or services brought into conformity, a price reduction or termination and reimbursement remain. They are not limited to the 14-day change-of-mind period. If an order cannot be fulfilled, it is refunded. A full refund removes the entitlements purchased in that order. A payment dispute can cause the associated entitlements and account access to be restricted pending review; contact support to challenge a restriction. No clause prevents a lawful payment dispute or statutory remedy.
Service changes
Features may need to change for security, fairness, compatibility or legal reasons. Third-party lookup limits and server capacity can impose reasonable use limits, which we explain when applied. A change or restriction does not exclude remedies required by consumer law. For a change that materially and negatively affects a paid digital service, we provide the information and termination rights required by law. If permanent closure is planned, sales stop and we aim to give at least 30 days' notice; applicable refund and other consumer rights remain.
We work to keep the service available, but interruptions and bugs can occur. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including for intentional wrongdoing or gross negligence, or limits mandatory consumer protection.
Lithuanian law and complaints
Lithuanian law governs these terms. A consumer retains mandatory protection under the law that applies in their country of habitual residence and any right to use its courts. Email support first for a store complaint. We provide a reasoned response within 14 days as required by Lithuanian consumer law. If unresolved, you can apply to Lithuania's State Consumer Rights Protection Authority (VVTAT) through VTIS, or use another competent dispute-resolution body or court. We do not require you to waive those routes.
Material changes to these terms are announced before taking effect, where required. New wording does not replace the version accepted for a previous order. English and Lithuanian versions are available; neither version removes mandatory rights.
